He has over 30 years of practical experience as a multi-skilled property expert and has specialised exclusively in party wall matters since 2017. He holds MFPWS, Prince2 and NEBOSH qualifications. Services include Notices, Schedules of Condition and Awards, offered as fixed fee proposals or on a time expended basis at hourly rates.

Fairburns Party Wall Services operates as a party wall surveyor serving Bristol and the surrounding area from its base in Bishopston. The practice handles party wall matters, advising owners on their rights and obligations when building work affects a shared wall or boundary, and preparing the notices and awards that such projects require.

Clients who need an award prepared or a dispute resolved between neighbours can approach the firm directly. The team works across the BS7 district and takes on instructions from homeowners, developers and neighbouring owners involved in party wall procedures. Appointments are available through the working week and on Saturday mornings, with the office closed on Sundays.
