I was recommended Gate and Bar by a friend and they certainly did not disappoint. I had a very good experience from start to finish. Marcus carried out a very detailed survey on the property I am buying and I was given lots of photos advice and suggestions throughout the report. The service was swift and professional and I'd highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Gate & Bar were very efficient and friendly with a comprehensive report easy to understand Recommend them highly

We instructed Gate and Bar Survey to carry out a survey and were very impressed with the service provided. The survey was extremely thorough, comprehensive, and very detailed, clearly identifying key issues as well as areas requiring further investigation. The report was well structured, easy to follow, and provided a high level of confidence in both the findings and the recommendations. They also allowed us to follow up with a review call to discuss the details which was appreciated. A professional and diligent service from start to finish, which we would happily recommend.

I'm very grateful that my solicitor recommended this company because it was such a nice reprieve to deal with someone who actually seemed genuine in the house buying process. From the moment I called Ian he was very informative and friendly, a very good price and the cheapest I was quoted, which wasn't detrimental to the service I received. He provided an extremely thorough survey and made sure to explain everything to me and help me understand the outcomes and was just genuinely pleasant throughout. Can't thank you enough and would highly recommend.
