Tried contacting every day and always get told I'll receive a call back and don't. No response to emails either. Very unprofessional company and poor communication from Catherine.

Missed very crucial waste pipe issue in the shower and damp in the house. Haslams are passing the blame to the owners who haven't lived in the house for over a year or suggesting that we broke it a week after we moved in. To fix this issue it will cost me £thousands. Raised the issue with Haslams they gave me a shoddy response with no empathy and suggesting I am to blame. Absolute waste of money please don't use their service.
