Used Imperium for a valuation on my shared ownership property. Found Grant to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and importantly, very responsive when needed. Cost was reasonable in line with other quotes too. Would happily use them again

Grant completed a valuation for us as part of the Help to Buy repayment process. Grant has been very helpful and we are very pleased with the service offered from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Imperium Chartered Surveyors. Thank you!

Highly recommended. Pleasure to work with Grant, efficient and knowledgable. Kept up to date, and stayed in constant communication. Valuation received the next day. From the moment of enquiry, to receiving valuation was excellent customer service. Thank you so much for everything. This was for share to buy.

Really helpful firm, couldn’t reccomend more. They have helped us a lot in selling our shared ownership property. Thank you Imperium Surveyors!

I highly rate and would most certainly advise anyone to use this company! My first experience of renting a business property. Robin couldn’t be more helpful on advice, form filling with local authorities and just general everyday questions. A very patient man too. (I am a nightmare). The whole process from finding a property to moving in could not have been any easier.

We have known Robin Riches for many years and are consistently impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of his company for both commercial and residential matters.
