Very pleased with the survey I had undertaken on the property I've purchased. The report was clear and provided lots of information as well as identifying the potential source of any issues, which has helped me rectify the issues. The RAG rating was also especially helpful to allow me to understand what was of greatest concern and what wasnt. Would highly recommend!

We instructed James to go ahead with a Level 3 survey for us and we had an excellent experience. As first time buyers, a lot of this is new to us but James made the point of calling us directly after the survey to let us know of immediate concerns before following up with the report. James then very kindly talked us through the report afterwards which equiped us to make good decisions. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service. James was able to fit in our survey at relatively short notice due to another booking moving. He did everything he could to keep us informed - a phone call on the day of the survey, followed by a really comprehensive report including colour photos. This really helped us to understand the recommendations. James also let us know when to expect the report and excellent communication about a very slight potential delay - so very professional in managing exceptions and timeframes. James even followed up afterwards to see if we had any questions. I absolutely recommend this service, so lovely to deal with and would definitely use James again.

Great service from James. Responsive, really helpful in his communication - had a call with me straight after his visit and then another once I'd had a chance to read the full report. I've had a few survey reports over the years and this was by far the most clearly and accessibly written and therefore (relatively) easy to understand. Recommended.

The survey was completed in a very professional friendly manner. We had a prompt verbal response following the survey followed by a detailed 90 page document with colour photos .
