I recently used JPR Surveyors for a home buyers report, this was arranged really quickly. House buying is pretty stressful and the initial findings was sent over the same day which is a really nice touch. The final report was took a bit longer but was incredibly comprehensive, highlighting not just the major structural elements but also the smaller issues.
