M S Surveys Ltd

Mark (the owner) responded quickly, professionally and pragmatically regarding some structural concerns we had about our property. We felt in safe hands and would definitely recommend him.

It was very easy to book my survey with their team. Daniel who conducted the level 2 survey delivered the report on the same day the survey was undertaken. It was a clear and informatived report with great pictures. I am very pleased with his service and the whole team at MS Surveys who followed up all my enquires immediately. The information supplied enabled me to make my decision quickly with peace of mind that any issues I had taken from the viewing were addressed. I am more than happy to recommend this company to family and friends when the need arises for a professional business with great customer service Thank you Nigel John Tovey

We needed a survey done quickly on a property we were selling. Mark responded quickly and produced a concise but comprehensive report which exactly met our requirements.

Very happy with the Level 2 survey produced, it was detailed and comprehensive, much more so than previous level 2 surveys I have received on other properties. Happy to recommend M S Surveys Ltd.

Excellent service from MS Surveys, many thanks for the quick turn around from instruction to us receiving the fully detailed report. Well worth the money.

MS Surveys were brilliant. From the initial contact they were really helpful, advising which survey was required due to the age and construction of the property being bought. The process was super easy, the Level 3 inspection was quickly booked in and the report followed within a few days. Mark was really helpful and answered all my questions. If every business operated like this, life would be so much simpler. They were recommended to me, and now I understand why - I'm really pleased they were.

As a local mortgage advisor I have dealt with Mark for years recommending him to my clients and have always found him professional and diligent in his work. I highly recommend using him if you need a survey.
