Brilliant service all round. Everyone I have had contact with has been professional while remaining down to earth which was hugely important to someone like me who has never undertaken this process before. The report I received was detailed and thorough but explained clearly without unnecessary jargon. Would definitely recommend.

We have recently received a highly-detailed and very clearly-written Level 3 report on the house we are hoping to purchase. We received the report within the promised time-frame, and have been very pleased with its quality and attention to detail. The accompanying photography is very helpful in terms of understanding completely the points raised.
