I really appreciated the clear communication of the key issues in our level three survey which helped us decide the correct course of action to get a clear insight into the issues with the property we were interested in. We required a Help to Buy valuation at very short notice and Lyndsey was able to visit our property the very next day. The report was then issued the following day with no issues. Her service was faultless and communication was immediate throughout the process. We had no issues getting the report approved by Help to Buy and would recommend the service to anybody in the North East seeking a Help to Buy valuation.

Had a RICS report generated for help to buy purposes, Lyndsey came out to carry out the survey and was very friendly and extremely professional.
