Neil is professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in both surveys he completed. His survey helped us avoid purchasing a beautiful property which would have cost us many thousands owing to hidden damp! Neil was also able to support us when a vendor and agent became aggressive around pulling out of a purchase. Neil demonstrated a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of older properties and the inherent risks.
