In what I thought was going to be lots of damp issues was 1 single issue. The fix was relatively inexpensive. I honestly think they saved me from spending thousands on unnecessary work. Should anyone need a damp survey on there home I would look no further than Oakbridge.
Liam really helped us out with a house purchase, he carried out a thorough inspection and went above and beyond to help us investigate the sub floor timbers even coming back on his day off to do further investigation. Would highly recommend his services.
After having a damp problem we called out oakbridge surveyors. The surveyor who came out Liam, was lovely and spent 3 hours carrying out a damp report. He explained the damp problem and that we didn’t need any damp proofing work. Money well spent

Incredible service from oakbridge surveyors. They was incredibly helpful and communicative, I used them to carry out a damp survey in Liverpool on a house we are buying. The damp report was very detailed with images of the problems and explained in great detail. In addition it was delivered incredibly fast. I would highly recommend this company.
After noticing some damp we decided to have an independent damp report to get to the bottom of it. The damp survey was booked in and the surveyor arrived on time and was a lovely chap. He was able to reassure me and it all made complete sense.
