Reuben Jordan was recommended to me. He was easy to deal with and carried out my Level 2 Homebuyers survey promptly and efficiently. Reuben called me the same day to discuss initial findings then provided the detailed report within a few days. The report was well structured with lots of photos. Overall very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent service from Portsdown Surveying. The Homebuyer Report (level 2) was extremely detailed and I felt that Reuben had really taken the time to review the property with a fine tooth comb and to flag the really important issues so we did not feel overwhelmed with information. We also had follow-up calls which helped us to understand the issues found and which ones we should tackle and which ones could wait. Would definitely recommend. Additionally, there was an issue in getting access to view the drains. We managed to get access and Reuben kindly went back and viewed the drains, at no extra charge. This was so reassuring and really great service on Reuben's behalf. I can't thank him enough.

I've no idea why Jennie Jenkins is mentioned! My name is Trace Barnes and I hired Portsdown Surveying Ltd. to survey a property I intend to buy. Their service was second to none, with the most comprehensive report I have received. It was also the most reasonably priced service I have received for some time. There is no doubt that I will use Reuban for any future surveys I may require in the future.
