I had a great experience with Proenergis Surveyors. The service was fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. A special mention to Sarah Chatterton, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process, from my initial enquiry for a quote right through to completion. I would highly recommend Proenergis Ltd to anyone looking for a quick and professional service.
Just had my survey results from these guys. The whole document is so well explained, even where there are no problems, they have a bit that explains what the category they are covering means before confirming the result. From start to finish the replies and communication has been extremely fast, very well organised and they've made the process effortless. They made it really easy! And, they are actually a little less costly than some of the other companies too! Thank you very much :)

I had an excellent experience with Proenergis. They arranged the survey very quickly. The report was delivered within just two days, which was incredibly impressive. It was professional, thorough, and clearly laid out, giving me real confidence in my purchase decision. A special mention to Sarah for her effieciency and persistence in arranging the survey, and Rob Green, who was extremely generous with his time both before and after the survey. He took the time to go through the findings in detail and offered clear, practical advise. His professionalism and willingness to help was amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone buying a property.
