Shepherd Chartered Surveyors

In Glasgow, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors handles home reports, valuations and property surveys, and the feedback from clients is consistently warm. Several buyers describe the process as professional from first contact through to the finished report, with home reports for flat sales and valuations produced quickly, often within a matter of days. Reliability and punctuality come up often, with surveyors arriving at the arranged time and working efficiently. Antony Burns and Allan Fleming are named for being courteous, approachable and willing to answer questions before a report is signed off, and reviews time and again mention that queries were handled to their satisfaction.

The valuations themselves are described as fair and balanced, and in at least one case exceeded expectations. Communication is another recurring theme, with clients feeling advised at every stage and staff described as friendly, polite and helpful, including in the office. The speed of turnaround, from instruction to the final home report, is highlighted as a particular strength, alongside the ease of dealing with the team and the absence of stress during the sale process.
