Surveyors UK

Surveyors UK is an excellent platform promoting the work of all surveyors and disciplines across the uk

One of the most generous and kind ladies you will ever meet. Completely unannounced she gave me an hour of her time and went through all of my questions and even signposted me to another person who helped me enormously and now I’m applying for a surveying apprenticeship in an area that will be perfect for me. All this with no financial benefit to herself just out of the kindness of her heart!

Surveyors UK is an invaluable resource for all type of surveyor and is rapidly becoming the 'go to' home for those in the profession. I wish the founder the best of luck with the continued growth of this unique platform

Really useful to be able to chat to other people about issues. The community on here is very supportive and there is always someone willing to bestow some wisdom which is always appreciated.

Fantastic community, development, this is one of the essential tools for all surveyors, trainee surveyors, and survey curious! Hope it will build on all the early potential and all members help with that. Thanks, Nina!

Joining Surveyors UK has honestly been one of the best things I’ve done for my sanity as a surveyor. It’s the only place where I can jump online, have a laugh, learn something new, and feel like I’m part of a community that truly gets it. The Weekly Dig has become a regular highlight for me, always a mix of useful insights and good entertainment, and it’s surprising how often those little gems end up helping me on real jobs. I also have to confess that I’m far more invested in the Defect Room than I ever expected to be. There’s something strangely enjoyable about seeing the weird and wonderful issues other surveyors come across each week. It feels like a cross between a CPD session and a series you can’t stop watching. What really makes it work is the people: helpful, genuine, and always ready for a bit of friendly conversation or a light-hearted rant. Honestly, the only way Surveyors UK could possibly improve is if they introduced a Geo soft toy. Who wouldn’t want a little mascot cheering them on while writing reports? All joking aside, it’s a brilliant platform full of value, support, and laughs, and I’d recommend it to any surveyor looking to feel more connected to the profession.

The Surveying Room is an informative, encouraging, platform that has really helped me feel part of the surveying community. I am really excited for it’s future and excited to see it grow.
