An absolute disaster. This survey has ended up costing us thousands of pounds due to serious oversights. Most significantly, asbestos was missed throughout the property — something that later required expensive removal. The presence of woodchip ceilings should have raised immediate concerns, yet it was not flagged at all. What makes this even more concerning is that our neighbours had a survey carried out by a different company, and asbestos was correctly identified in their property. This raises serious questions about the thoroughness and competence of the survey we received.We also discovered after purchase that several windows do not open or close properly, resulting in further significant costs. These are basic issues that should have been identified in any professional survey. When we raised these concerns, our complaint was dismissed. We will now be seeking legal advice to try to recover our losses.We chose this company based on positive reviews and paid a premium for what we believed would be a thorough and reliable service. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced.I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this surveyor.
