The same client later asked about spray foam insulation after being invited to raise any questions about the survey, but no response followed.

Report we got back was, ok. But when I asked a question about spray form insulation, I never heard a word back , from them. That's AFTER they said "If you have any inquiries about the survey, please contact us". Also, it was difficult to get through to them on the phone. So I won't use them again.
