Extremely disappointing experience relating to their Party Wall surveyor service. The firm gave inconsistent opinions about damage that clearly occurred after nearby works and then failed to take any responsibility. Communication was very poor and the handling of the matter felt evasive and unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all.
Used for a RICS valuation as part of my help to buy mortgage coming to an end - overall it was excellent. Great service from Tom. The whole thing was turned around in a few days and the valuation seemed fair. Would recommend.
