Really happy I used Woods Surveyors. This was my first house purchase and I was pretty nervous, but they explained everything to me, didn't upsell, and the whole process was quick and professional. The survey itself was very detailed and highlighted issues I wouldn't have known without the survey.
Very happy with my experience with Woods Surveyors. They were very prompt to understand my request and answer any of my queries before scheduling the survey. The proposed survey date was also quite quick, meaning I was able to have the property inspected really quickly. The surveyor, Melissa was extremely lovely during the inspection and answered all of my queries and the provided report was quite detailed. I definitely recommend them for their speed of delivery, quality and a very smooth customer experience.
