A & B SURVEYS

Professionalism and speed emerge as the dominant themes across the feedback for A & B Surveys, a land surveying practice serving Ipswich and the surrounding area. Customers in several reviews describe a highly professional environment and prompt service, with one reviewer noting that a query relating to a Land Registry issue arose at a critical moment during a house sale and was answered the same afternoon. The same account highlights that a GPS-based survey document, authenticated and technical in nature, was produced for a solicitor in under two days, with the findings explained throughout in plain, accessible language rather than technical jargon.

Reliability and depth of expertise come up repeatedly, and reviewers stress that they would readily use the practice again. Tony is named directly in the feedback as the point of contact, credited with providing vital information and advice at short notice as well as steering the technical survey work through to completion. The combination of responsive communication, specialist land surveying knowledge and clear explanation of results is what reviewers return to most often when describing their experience of the firm, from the initial enquiry through to the finished document supplied to a third party.
