This company just ignore your requests , give broken promises , let you a property being a commercial property , no EIRC, faulty fuse box either old RCDs agreed to pay though Estate Agent but never a penny after work done , no fire alarm system working , promised and emailed it was being changed near 3 year later still not done , take charges for building never done one thing in the whole term there. Crack in window from day one to which Andrew said would sort 3 year later still there, next door had works done and broke back wall , Andrew comes out just say you can do that can’t you , still like it , report to him piece concrete fall of the building at the front as all cracked and come away still like it to this day , waiting for more to fall off and hit someone in street and a customer had a go at staff . Andrew now gone . Then someone ring and say need to check fire alarm etc , with procedures complete shower fire panel not even in the shop , next door don’t even know , 5 premises no alarm but 5 emails being done . AVOID charge you to clean yard up done once in 2.5 years , told him about blocked gutters Reply I sort , once again done ourselves

I cleaned up a great deal of mould and rotten window planes which was covered with folded mildew curtains to conceal the rotten woodwork. I had it all repaired and tried to get the mould sorted out in the room. I spent hundreds of pounds clearing up the living room, hall and landing. I also had the heavily stained, threadbare carpet replaced with quality flooring. I replaced the outside doors because they had open access to rats. I put a shower in because I was not happy with the state of the bathtub.

I will be uploading more information. The root cause of all the unsolved disputes at Anchor Court. Unreasonable, dishonest, zero integrity, poor standard of service, will discriminate & zero accountability. Review any information from this company has sent out and seek legal advice.
