The service from start to finish was excellent. The person who handled my enquiries and questions throughout the process was brilliant — patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. I'm sorry I can't recall her name, but she deserves a mention. I'd recommend Able Surveyors without hesitation. Waste of Money. Two starts only because the report was quick. But did not detect any issue of the property. Did not inspect specific requested areas. Made an official complaint. Never responded.
