ZFN Chartered Surveyors

Honest and extremely helpful, highly recommend! I got in touch about some cracks and a second opinion to put my mind at ease. ZFN were quick to help and share professional advice without trying to force any products or sales at me. I highly recommend these guys!

Efficient and quality work! I had a phone call to go through the report afterwards which was super useful. Instead of box standard report this really helped me understand the property condition and next steps to take with my solicitor to ensure all areas are covered before exchange.

Really happy with the service we received from Zaid. The survey report was thorough and easy to understand, and it gave us a clear picture of the property's condition. Zaid was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer our questions. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the survey I had done for a house purchase. The communication was very clear and timely, the survey itself was comprehensive, it was easy to organise, and I received clear and helpful responses to my follow-up questions. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for the help with our survey. The communication throughout was smooth and clear. The bespoke report was extremely helpful for us to know the maintenance points and plan for renovation. We also had a few specific questions/concerns, Zaid was very kind to check for us and shared his opinions. Highly recommend!

Zaid was amazing from start to finish. We were stuck in a difficult position with our buyer's lender requiring formal documentation about building materials in a short time period. Zaid wrote a thorough, professional and very useful report for us. He was really reliable, kept in frequent contact via WhatsApp and produced the report extremely quickly. We're very happy and impressed with the report. We wouldn't hesitate asking him to help with further work, and highly recommend him to anyone getting building surveys done! A+++

Zaid provided excellent service from start to finish. The survey was detailed, professional, and included plenty of helpful photos and insights that gave us a clear understanding of the property. He was also extremely responsive, answering our questions promptly and clearly throughout the process. Highly recommended.
