Allcott Associates LLP

Alex Lawson of Allcott Associates conducted a level 3 building survey for me and I was very happy with the overall service and detail of the report. Very competitively priced too. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

the survey of a grade 2 listed thatched cottage was undertaken by Nick Kelly. We were impressed by his thorough inspection, which highlighted his knowledge and experience of this type of construction. The report gave clear and detailed information and we have had a comprehensive follow up to advise how to resolve the issues uncovered. Excellent!

Nick Kelly of Allcott Associates carried out a RICS Level 3 survey on a property I was considering buying. The survey was carried out in good time and the full and detailed report including photographs was provided in good time too. The report was very clear and concise and the final summary gave an excellent overview of the property condition which enabled me to make a considered decision on whether or not to proceed with the purchase. I didn't proceed as the report highlighted some major areas of concern I would never have realised. Money truly well spent and I would highly recommend Nick and Allcott Associates who I found to be very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Very glad I chose them and would use again.

I have had two structural surveys carried out by Allcott. I am fully satisfied with the result, professional and thorough.

Fantastic service for our RICS level 3 survey. The result was detailed and thorough, although we did not move ahead with the purchase, we will use AA LLP again in the future.

Excellent comprehensive report, gave a clear focus for my solicitor and enabled us to focus on the necessary actions required on taking possessions

Alex Lawson did an excellent job carrying out a survey on a four bedroom detached house I purchased. My only other comment is that the office manager was a little frosty when answering questions about the services provided.
