I have used Better Prepared's services for my Level 2 Survey Report & the valuation & negotiations for my lease extension. I can't recommend them enough, Ian is very knowledgeable & personable helping me through the lease extension & the level 2 survey report. Very professional, I'm so glad I've found a company in this area I feel I can trust!

Excellent service. Everyone was so helpful and explained everything clearly making sure I had the best survey for my needs. No pressure to upgrade to a more expensive survey. Survey was arranged swiftly and I received my report sooner than expected. Would highly recommend.

An update to my original review, as our previous purchase fell through (not related to the survey!). We have now used Better Prepared on our next potential purchase, and continue to be impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They were very accommodating when it came to dates. Once carried out, we received the survey very quickly. The report was clear and easy to understand and we are confident in it's findings. I continue to recommend Better Prepared! We recently used Better Prepared for a Level 2 RICS survey on our prospective property, having been impressed by Ian Brindle's thoroughness when he carried out a survey on our home for his client. The survey was booked in for the very next week, and we got the results a couple of days later which we were really pleased with. I decided on the RICS Level 2 Survey Report for the Grade 2 listed property I was purchasing and was extremely happy with the efficiency and detailed report. It highlighted the areas for concern and was very helpful with suggestions of how to maintain the building for the future years.
