We requested a level 3 survey on an old 1930s house. The surveyor did an extensive survey of the property and provided a detailed report on the property's conditon. Its been a huge help for us in deciding whether to move forward with the purchase or not. We'd definitley use AMC Surveyors again.

I had an amazing experience with AMC. I ended up having to pull out of my purchase due to the first survey, however had I not had the survey done I would not have been aware of the major issues with the property. It was booked and the full report was sent back to me within a matter of days and it was so detailed. I had a second survey done on another property which was again done even quicker than the first and I luckily had no issues with this one! I honestly couldn’t fault them what so ever, they are both so friendly and their service saved me a hell of a lot of money so I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We used this company and the report back wasn't very good not alot of information on it or photos. It took them around 20mins to do a survey on a bungalow.! We also had to ask for photos that were taken on survey as none were sent to us. Don't think i would use again.!

A very comprehensive service! The survey itself (full) was very detailed and helpful. And the after sales service was brilliant. James took the time to talk the highlights through with me in an honest fashion, which proved so useful for renovating the property. Above and beyond!!
