Very nice and a thorough report however not a very accurate one! The buttresses we were advised needed attention to ensure the structure of the property which is not the case they were actually left in place for aesthetic reasons only - also talked about structure of the roof and strength of the building whilst omitting that the whole length of the building has two massive supporting steels in the roof - everything was on face value and not tested or checked, many others things too, all very disappointing and not worth the £1350.

Andrew agreed to complete a survey on a property we were considering purchasing. He was able to offer us a relatively prompt date to complete the survey and was polite and friendly during discussion. Unfortunately Andrew fell ill and was unable to meet the agreed deadline for the report, however he did offer us a refund or continue to complete the report as he recovered. Although later than ideal the report was to an incredibly high standard with multiple illustrative pictures. It was clearly very thorough and well written in a way we could understand. We would consider using his services again.

Andrew's experience and expertise really shone through! Alongside the in-depth survey report, he helped guide us through the important issues which needed addressing before our purchase.
