How on earth this company and its directors havent faced any legal action is beyond me. We had them as factors for over 20 years and they were awful. It was clear they were overcharging and abusing their role for purely financial gain. The property manager leaked one day that her predecessor was sacked for embezzlement and when we contacted Mr Walker the director he denied this and claimed that we were liars his employee didnt say that. Soon after when we threatened chamber action the company sold out to our new factors. Sadly enough more historical wrongdoings by Atholls have now came to light but us owners have nowbere to turn.

Joke of a company do not entertain them never cut grass and send bills for doing nothing

Was meant to manage factoring for our housing development and what a mess. Over several years some houses haven't been paying and they haven't been charging. Alot of people have left the development and they are trying to get the current new owners to pay their debts!! Do not use and avoid at all cost.

carry out no work. believe they can contact you many years after you move into your development and demand payment for work they dont provide and then send you off to debt collectors

Terrible factoring service, never reply to emails, never answers the telephone. Even going into the office to leave a message, they never get back to you. A few years ago, the service was actually very good, but now with a change in staff, absolutely terrible. Zero stars.

Agree with the 2 most recent reviews - zero stars do not come close and find our development is in a similar situation - especially around the leaks (seems to be an issue with bay windows) in fact we maybe living in same development if not - we’re getting same shocking treatment. I have requested a meeting for all owners whose properties affected - I’m not convinced this will happen.….. As for spreading debt across development Atholls should have had processes in place to chase these down a long time ago - should never have been allowed to be passed to new owners. This should be written off. I have made 21 phone calls since March asking for sinking fund statements - calls not returned. No AGM’s since 2021 thus preventing all owners getting together (maybe this is what they and others want…..) to discuss concerns.If and when an AGM is arranged I would urge all owners to attend as these matters need to be discussed openly. The Development is not being run per the Deed of Condition/Title Deeds. I could go on …..

Awful and predatory company. They are there to make money (morally or immorally) not to serve. They just sent a letter to all landlords that because of some of them owe them money, they are going to spread the debt to all of us, punishing even the ones who have been paying them. Looking for an attorney as I write this.
