I engaged Innes Aitken Associates to provide a Schedule of Dilapidations for my property in Aberdeen city centre and negotiate a settlement with the tenant at the end of the Lease. The service provided by Innes was exemplary in every regard. Innes was always available, responding promptly to messages and phone calls. He was totally professional and thorough in the time he spent on the task, paying great attention to detail and his knowledge and experience shone through. Ultimately he negotiated a settlement on my behalf that I was very happy with, to say the least.
