Valuation and building survey work for residential purchases forms the core of what this Bolton practice handles, with customers describing a range of instructions from shared ownership sales to first-time buyer reports. Joe, named repeatedly in feedback, is praised for guiding clients through the different levels of service and helping them choose the option suited to their circumstances. Several buyers describe the reports as thorough and detailed, noting that issues they had not previously been aware of were brought to light.

Punctuality and reliability come up often, with one account highlighting a report delivered within a tight deadline without any compromise on quality. The manner in which the surveyor conducts himself is another recurring point, described as polite and professional throughout the appointment. Communication before and after the instruction is mentioned as clear and reassuring, particularly for those new to the buying process.

Reviewers repeatedly express satisfaction with the overall experience of dealing with the business, from the initial enquiry through to receipt of the finished report. The service is characterised by careful explanation of what each level of survey involves, so that clients understand what they are commissioning. For those needing valuation or building survey support on a purchase, the feedback centres on dependable turnaround, clear reporting and a courteous approach at every stage.
