David Bullen Limited

David was very helpful and thorough with completing our survey and spent the time to explain the results of the survey along with a detailed report and recommendations. Thank you for the great service.

Ben assisted us by completing planning condition discharge applications to our local council which involved much perseverance. We would have struggled to know what the council wanted and how to fill in the forms so appreciated his experience; we would definitely recommend his services.

I was a first time self builder and was recommended David Bullen Ltd. Having finished my build there are companies I certainly would not recommend and those I would. In short, DBL's price, service and attitude were all excellent. If I ever build again, I would simply go to them again without obtaining other quotes. Thankyou for being one of the companies that reduced and not increased my stress.

Fast, efficient and informative service. Very, very competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. Having used various professionals over the last three years. My experience when using Mr. Bullen was utterly refreshing and has restored my faith in the legal profession. Thankyou

I'm a small property developer in Norfolk. Can I just say, these guys provide a fantastic service! The team at DB Surveyors are really friendly, ever so helpful, and very professional. They offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the design and construction process. They make it a priority to understand the customer's needs quickly so they can assist in achieving the desired outcome in the most efficient & timely manner. Would definitely use again! Thanks guys - it's been an absolute pleasure working with you.

Very professional service. Have now used David Bullen LTD for two of my new builds. Never any issues and always easy to contact and prompt. Will be using again on my next two builds in September. Thanks again for a great service 👌🏻 Sam Asbury-Builder-holiday let owner.

We have been dealing with Ben @ David Bullen Ltd. We specifically chose David Bullen Ltd as we knew they had been architects for other people in and around our village and had created some outstanding designs. From day one nothing has been too much trouble for Ben who has been very helpful, communicative and given us nothing but good advice. We are very happy and somewhat impressed as to how Ben has been able to take our initial concept brief and turn that into a fully detailed plan that ticks all the requirements of the challenging brief we set out. Without hesitation we would definitely recommend Ben & David Bullen Ltd and look forward to working with Ben again in 2023
