Roche

Roche, a land surveying and commercial property practice, divides opinion among those who have worked with it. Praise centres on responsiveness and expertise, with reviewers noting swift, well-informed advice and detailed knowledge of the commercial property market across the Eastern Region. One customer describes a firm that goes further than expected in its dealings. Alongside this, a recurring theme is difficulty getting through: a client reports calling repeatedly over a fortnight to ask for a callback regarding a commercial retail unit and receiving no reply.

Elsewhere, a prospective tenant who requested a brochure for a commercial property felt that interest was not reciprocated, and another account cites delays in response and listings that remained visible after the property had been taken off the rental market. These accounts suggest a practice whose commercial advice is valued when communication works well, but whose follow-up and responsiveness have frustrated several enquirers. The office handles commercial property instructions, brochure requests and regional market guidance, and the feedback turns on whether contact is maintained through the process.
