Egerton Surveying Ltd

Ben was a pleasure to deal with when he completed the home buyers survey for a flat we are purchasing. The report was very easy to follow and Ben shared some great tips on how to liase with our solicitor and the estate agents. Ben also went above and beyond by getting the report to us very quickly as time was of the essence. Thanks again Ben! Amy & Connor

Ben was fantastic! Professional, friendly, and thorough, he explained every step of the survey clearly and saved me both money and headaches. I’ll be using him for future purchases and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch surveyor.

I could not recommend Ben any higher. Professional, and communicative. Has continued to answer my questions after the survey- I have a few as a first time buyer. His reports and advice are detailed and thorough.

I cannot recommend Ben highly enough. In 2022 he completed a survey report for us and we were incredibly impressed by professionalism and diligence. Three years later, I have just telephoned Ben to ask for some advice. He was so generous with his time on the call and showed real empathy in talking to me about a difficult situation. If you appoint Ben to do your surveying work you will have somebody you can trust and who will look after your best interests. Thank you, Ben. From Katy and James.

I've had two surveys carried out by Ben now and both have been comprehensive and informative. Ben is very responsive and very helpful. Would 100% recommend!

A very thorough, professional and helpful survey service. Ben responded very quickly and his attention to detail will help us in planning and prioritising any necessary work on our proposed purchase. We are happy to recommend him.

Ben conducted a level 2 survey on a property I am purchasing. I found Ben to be really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The survey and report were completed promptly and were very informative. Ben called to explain the key points and has been on hand ever since to dicuss any queries we have had. Highly recommend!
