MacMarshalls Rural Chartered Surveyors & Planning Consultants

We needed plans of our land with our new extension drawing up for land registry purposes and were recommended to approach MacMarshalls. Very efficient helpful company. Spoke to Sophie who handed me over to Rob. Rob was very friendly and he produced the plans very quickly and within a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Bryan highly enough. From the very beginning, he guided us through every stage of our planning objection and committee preparation with professionalism, patience and genuine care. He was always there to answer the phone, no matter how many questions I had (even on a Friday evening and another occasion whilst on holiday), and his advice was clear, honest and incredibly reassuring during what was a very stressful process. His knowledge and experience gave us confidence, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Bryan went above and beyond in supporting us, and I honestly don't believe we could have achieved the outcome we did without his guidance. We are truly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing expert planning advice. Thank you, Bryan, for your dedication, support and professionalism throughout.

MacMarshalls worked efficiently and professionally with our application for Planning in Principle, which was successful.

Many thanks to the MacMarshalls team for their exceptional service and expertise in dealing with my application for Planning in Principle - which was approved. A very knowledgeable, professional and friendly team. Thank you Rob, Sophie, Richard and Kylah for making the whole process seamless.

We are over the moon with the service we received from start to finish from Bryan at MacMarshalls in order to gain planning permission for our new Preschool building!! He was supportive, readily available and proactive throughout to help us overcome a particularly challenging and time consuming project. Nothing was too much trouble even during annual leave!! Thank you so much for all of your support we wouldn't have got so far without your help, knowledge and guidance!

Sophie has been excellent to work with. She and her team recently assisted us with a planning application that was far from straight forward and had a lot of hurdles to overcome. We got the result we hoped for and her knowledge was instrumental in getting a positive result. I would recommend Sophie and MacMarshalls and would happily use them again. Thank you Sophie!

Rob and The Team at Mac Marshalls gave exceptional service throughout the process. My calls were answered promptly and everything explained in full detail. I would have no hesitation recommending MacMarshalls for anything to do with land sale!
