EPC SPECIALIST

Energy Performance Certificates sit at the heart of the work described by customers of this Luton firm, with landlord gas safety records, electrical checks and general property maintenance also appearing in accounts of completed jobs. A recurring theme is reliability, as appointments are arranged quickly and visits carried out punctually, including a case where an urgent assessment for a property sale was taken on at short notice and the necessary paperwork supplied ahead of the deadline. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the clarity of explanations, noting that findings and test results were talked through in detail before certificates were issued and that reports followed promptly.

The standard of practical work draws consistent praise, particularly the fitting of consumer units and the checks surrounding EICR documentation, with several accounts describing a thorough approach in which systems were re-tested to confirm all was satisfactory. Fair pricing is mentioned in connection with both certification and electrical work, and the demeanour of the engineer, named in some accounts as Anees, is described as polite, knowledgeable and attentive. Flexibility around scheduling and a hassle-free process from instruction through to the final certificate complete the picture customers give of their dealings with the company.
