I needed a very urgent EPC and I must say, I have been really impressed with the service I have had within the last 24hrs. Really friendly and knowledgable as well as being really great at responding to initial and then further queries. Rick really pulled the stops out to help us.
I recently had an EPC carried out for my property by EPC Survey Plymouth, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and highly professional. Despite being arranged at short notice, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He completed the assessment promptly and delivered the certificate in a very quick turnaround time, which I greatly appreciated. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an EPC, an excellent service all round.
Rick was friendly and efficient. The certificate was with us the next day and at a sensible price.
Very thorough job done, good service, & EPC certificate received promptly. Rick was professional, helpful & friendly. No hesitation in recommending this company.
Richard came to complete an EPC rating on my father’s house and provided an excellent service. Not only did he arrive early, but he also worked incredibly efficiently throughout the visit. When he realised my dad was unwell, he was very considerate and worked around him so the assessment could be completed without disturbing him. I truly feel he went above and beyond what we expected. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would!
Ricky did our EPC at very short notice and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He’s incredibly efficient and professional, but also has a great personality that makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. It was an absolute pleasure to have him in our home — friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ricky to anyone needing an EPC done quickly and to a high standard.
EPC Survey Plymouth provided two separate EPC surveys at very short notice. I found this company to be extremely professional and responsive to my requests at all times. Excellent service and thoroughly recommended
