It serves buyers, sellers, lending institutions, insurance companies, housing associations, local councils, landlords, and tenants.

Level 2 Home Buyers reports and property surveys form the core of the work described by clients of Harveys Surveyors in Plymouth. Neil is the surveyor named in each account, and reviewers consistently praise his professional manner and the thoroughness of his inspections. His analysis is described as deep and searching, with the resulting reports detailed, well written and clear enough to give buyers a proper understanding of the property they intend to purchase. Communication is another recurring theme: clients recall extended telephone conversations during and after the inspection, and one notes that the process was straightforward and easy to follow throughout.

Neil is repeatedly described as approachable and easy to talk to, which customers say made a stressful purchase easier to manage. Value for money also comes up, with the fee considered reasonable for the level of work provided. Appointments appear to be arranged promptly, including a booking made within a week of the initial enquiry. Clients state they would use the service again and would pass the details on to others. The clarity of the written report and the usefulness of the follow-up discussion are the points most often highlighted.
