Colleen gave me a thorough explanation of their services and pricing during my initial phone enquiry, and diligently followed up until we were ready to proceed. The survey completed by David was expertly detailed and he kindly jumped on a call with us to answer some questions we had. I also very much appreciate the fact that their standard pricing includes estimates for remedial work needed which I found to be an added extra at most other surveyors, and overall their pricing was very competitive. Highly recommended.
Harrison Clarke have a great team. They've done a detailed, thorough survey on my house to assist me with a difficult situation in which I found myself. Not only was the survey prompt, detailed and on point, and not only was the surveyor, Paul Badham helpful and available for questions afterwards and not only did he provide me with a clear summary of his findings for me to present to a third party, but they also have an oustanding, personable kind and efficient receptionist who answers their phones. Coleen Collins, has been kind, patient and understanding. She's slso very efficient at getting things done when no one was in the office to help. She listened patiently and came up with suggestions to progress matters, which I appreciate enormously. I'm grateful to all for their ongoing and much appreciated help.

Great service and super efficient. Sam took on the Schedule of Condition assignment at short notice and turned it around very quickly providing a detailed report, allowing us to progress in a timely manner on a commercial premises. Can’t recommend Sam and Harrison Clarke strongly enough.
A great experience. We had a level 3 survey carried out by Paul, we instructed Harrison Clarke and they were able to fit it in the following week, the survey was sent promptly as communicated with us and Paul made time to speak with us after a few days just to go over any questions we had. A great experience throughout thank you very much
