Prior to the survey Matthew called to run through what would happen on the day, and to ask if there was anything in particular we were concerned about. The survey was thorough and very helpful, and subsequent follow up calls and emails were invaluable. We've been so impressed with the service and we will recommend Horde to everyone.
Horde group surveyed our house back in October 2024, I complained 2-3 months after as we had found our gas meters didn’t meet regulations, windows faulty and many many more faults that should of come up in a survey, today February 2026 we have had a drainage company in and have found a sealed drain cover that should have come up in a survey and doesn’t meet building regulations, this company missed so many issues with our property I wouldn’t even recommend them to survey a caravan, we have had to payout stupid amounts of money to get things sorted that should Have been listed in this survey we paid for, completely have been let down by this company
