Very unhelpful. I've requested Homesurv via a RICS surveyor search site as the first choice to carry out a RICS valuation for my shared ownership property, but was turned away almost immediately and referred to carry out further research, without any recommendations as to who to turn to next. The RICS firms directory advised Homesurv carried out RICS surveys, but was corrected on this and told they could not help. Have turned elsewhere. Edit: Charlie had my details saved and had given me a courtsey call back today (20/03/2025), and after sharing Home Group's requirements on shared ownership valuations/surveys, he was not aware that Homesurv were listed on RICS firms site as MRICS are not possible, and explained that was (whom I was emailed by) where they were at. He also made sure that I was satifisied with the position on my selling process as well.
