Inspector Homes Surveyors

Phillip is a friendly, knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to deal with right from the introductory phone call. He was always responsive, and quickly and thoroughly addressed all our queries, both before and after the survey. The report itself was comprehensive and easy to follow. He will definitely be our "go to guy" if we ever move again!

Phillip offered a fantastic service, surveying our now new home in St. Neots. Phillip visited the home and provided a very swift and detailed report. This was then followed by a very insightful telephone call identifying any small and potential issues that any occur, offering his very experienced advice. Phillip made us feel very assured and prepared to purchase the property, ensuring we fully understood what we were getting for our money. I would recommend Inspect Homes Surveyors to anyone looking to get this type of service.

Philip is a highly professional surveyor with excellent responsiveness. Throughout the process, he clearly explained everything and handled my request efficiently, allowing me to obtain the survey report very quickly. His professional attitude gave me great confidence. I would strongly recommend Philip to anyone who needs a surveyor’s report!

Phillip was a great help in getting our recent valuation done. Very easy to contact, quick turnaround and friendly. Will be sure to use again in the future. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Philip. Knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Report was extremely detailed but clear and understandable. Would highly recommend his service. Thank you so much Philip for making 1st stage of buying our house stress free.

Our first ever survey but I thought the service was excellent! I chose this company because they are local and the initial contact was not just a generic response. Phillip was great, the communication was perfect, and the report well detailed, outlining everything that we needed! Only getting to writing this review one year after it was completed, but our friends are just buying a house in Peterborough and I will definitely be recommending Inspector Homes to them!

I'm a little late in writing this review and I apologise profusely because Phillip deserves more than this. My girlfriend and I are first time buyers and we're completing our house move very soon. Phillip's guidance through the process with his survey and follow up phone call was exceptional. His conversations were always personalised to our needs and I'm so relieved to have gone with IHS as opposed to a bigger company with many members of staff working for them. His level 2 report was incredibly detailed and we couldn't thank him enough for the reassurances. If we were to move house, I wouldn't hesitate using Phillip again. Thank you mate.
