Langtons Chartered Surveyors

Residential property surveys sit at the heart of the work described by clients of this Abingdon practice, whose reports cover both the condition of a home and the leasehold matters that often accompany a purchase. A customer who commissioned two surveys in quick succession was struck by how thorough the inspections were and how promptly the resulting reports arrived, a combination that points to a well-organised process from instruction through to delivery. Another reviewer, returning to make contact seven years after a first meeting, recalls a personable approach and service that left a lasting impression, treating the relationship as something that continues well beyond a single transaction.

Adrian is named as the surveyor providing advice over many years, with particular expertise in leases and lease extensions, and his guidance is described as consistently sound. The office setting is also mentioned, with convenient parking noted by a client who has relied on the firm since the 1990s. What comes through is a practice built on repeat custom, where thorough survey work, fast turnaround and dependable advice on leasehold property keep clients coming back for further matters.
