Wilmac are my first port of call for building surveys; a reliable, fast and friendly service.

Great service and ability to create accurate surveys and able to use for architects to create more accurate drawings - have used Rich and his team for several projects in UK and CH... always superb.

Extremely helpful and fast response to mystery surface flooding situation in studio shed. Even though it was not his regular work scope, Rich replied by email, discussed over the phone, attended the site next day and followed up with detailed summary after consulting building inspector colleagues. All part of his professional curiosity! Much, much appreciated.

Outstanding accuracy and visual presentation of survey material . The accuracy of laser scanned interiors (and then drafting of as is and to be models) was to tenths of a mm, allowing a highly accurate 3d model for use in a refurbishment to be developed. The accuracy enables wall thicknesses and uniformity and material requirements to be assessed.

Really pleased with the service I received and also how easy Rich was to deal with. I look forward to working with Wilmac Geomatics again on future projects.

From the moment I spoke to Rich, I could tell he was the best person for the job. He seemed genuinely interested in my project and asked lots of questions (which was great, as it gave him a better insight into the exact needs of the survey). He carried out the 3D laser scan promptly and professionally, and little over a week later I had all the 2D elevations that the Timber Frame supplier needed; who were very pleased with the CAD deliverables Rich supplied – I have no doubt they'll consider hiring Wilmac on some of their future projects!
