I contacted Stuart on a recommendation from a friend who was very impressed with M&S Associates. The preliminary report was already very useful, but I was amazed at the wealth of detail in the final report - far superior to a survey I had from another company in the past. As well as being saved from a very costly mistake, I've come away with a better understanding of the thinking behind surveys, and of the forms of material failure that neglected older houses are prey to, which will hopefully make me a savvier homebuyer in the future.
