I wouldn’t let those people manage a sausage roll never mind a property portfolio, they are completely useless and the team completely incompetent. They can’t reply to emails or phone calls in any kind of professional manner. AVOID

1 star—unfortunately, I haven’t even received a response to my enquiry about renting a space through McConnell Property. It’s been 1 week since I first reached out, and I even followed up by phone the next day to confirm they received my email. I was assured someone would get back to me as soon as possible, but I’ve heard nothing since. I appreciate workloads can at times be overwhelming, but not even an email to acknowledge my enquiry and provide me with a timeline to expect a full response is poor.
