Jeremy was very prompt in responding to our survey request and managed to fit us in the following week following a cancellation which we were very grateful for! He quickly arranged access to the property and had the report ready for us the next day which was amazing. He kindly went through the findings of the very thorough and detailed report with me over the phone, and let us know that he would be available to go over anything we need clarified afterwards.
