We received multiple recommendations to go with Rom, and he was easy to get booked in to snag our new build, even changing the date last minute when things got slightly delayed. Rom did a thorough assessment of our property, finding multiple issues we would have never identified ourselves. Rom's reports were clear and easy to communicate with our builder, who are addressing the snags currently. Rom also gave some excellent advice regarding managing the snagging process. Rom came to do a snagging survey yesterday. From the get go he was friendly, helpful and polite. But above all he was very professional and knowledgeable and provided a highly detailed report. He went through all of his findings with me and explained it in ways I could understand! Would highly recommend Rom to snag a new build house. He came to snag ours and provided a really detailed report. Rom came and snagged or new build, he was incredibly thorough and took all day checking every inch of the home. He came up with a list that I could provide straight to the building manager which has made snagging our new home so easy, some bits that can up are things I never would’ve known about that wouldn’t caused issues in years to come way past the warranty period so thanks very much for all your help.
