Very prompt, thorough and professional service. Was happy to take as long as required on the phone to talk me through the results of our survey and explain everything in layman terms which is always a help when purchasing a house!
Riddle and Co were very helpful in answering our queries before we set up the survey. The survey appeared thorough and the surveyor was happy and available to talk us through it, to answer specific questions and make suggestions on how to follow up on issues raised. Riddle and Co were very helpful and responsive, I'd be happy to recommend them.
We got a Level 2 RICS Home Buyers Survey from Riddle and Co, and I couldn't recommend them enough. Nick was very attentive and helpful, and provided a report the same day as when the survey was completed. He was also very happy to take some time with us to go through details we were concerned about and has advised that we can get back in touch for anything else that we can think of at a later date. Very good communication, able to advise due to obvious vast experience in the field, and very friendly with us throughout the process.

I used Riddle & Co for a recent property purchase - with Morgan as my surveyor. They were very quick to quote, and arrange once I had accepted. The report was sent within 24hrs of the survey, with detailed information throughout and relevant pictures. Morgan followed this up with a phone call (at a convenient time), going into excellent detail about the survey, contents of the report, and guidance about how best to interpret it (very appreciated as an FTB). I haven't had to contact them since, but I have no doubt that had I needed to check or follow-up on something during the process, it would've been straightforward and quick. Would highly recommend - worth the (good) price.
