Bradley regularly kept me up to date with information and next steps and answered any queries in timely manner too. Everything including costs etc were clearly set out so I couldn’t ask for anymore from start to finish. Highly recommend and price wise were cheaper than a number of surveyors I enquired with.

I hired Stokemont for a full Level 3 building survey on a flat I was purchasing in London. The turnaround was very quick and the report was extremely detailed — covering everything from minor cosmetic issues to more significant defects. Seyi flagged a gas supply issue that turned out to be significant, and without the survey I would not have known about it or been able to negotiate appropriate protection before exchange. As a first-time buyer I found the report really helpful and would strongly recommend Stokemont to anyone purchasing a property.
We would thoroughly recommend Stokemont to anybody requiring a boundary determination report. Having had a very poor experience with another firm of surveyors who promised a report in 10 days, but only managed an error-filled report in 30 days, Seyi Omogbehin promised a report within 5 days and delivered a very thorough, highly professional report within 2 days. Stokemont, and Seyi in particular provided an excellent service from start to finish.
The process of obtaining the Party Wall Award with Stokemont was incredibly fast and straightforward. The documentation was prepared within a single day, and the Schedule of Condition was very thorough, with a large number of detailed photographs. Seyi, the surveyor, was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout. Work has just commenced and I haven’t yet needed to rely on their dispute resolution or damage assessment services. However, the initial paperwork stage was handled efficiently and professionally, which gives me confidence they would deal with any issues effectively if they arise. Fingers crossed the build progresses smoothly and further involvement won’t be necessary.

I've used Stokemont in order to get a survey (level 3) done for a property I was looking to purchase. The purchase ended up falling through because there were issues pointed out by Seyi which the sellers were trying to hide which would have cost a lot of time and money to fix. The report was incredibly comprehensive with lots of photos to substantiate the findings. I also found their turn around to be very quick which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Stokemont if you are looking for a surveyor!
