Adam Joseph Chartered surveyors

We instructed Adam for a party wall agreement. We were very impressed at how quickly he organised a time to visit and draft the agreement. Within 24 hours. Adam was also exceptionally reasonable with regard to fees compared to other surveyors who quoted much higher rates and were going to take longer to deliver the work. When you identify an issue at your property and need a party wall agreement quickly, especially if you have identified a builder to do the work, it’s fantastic to find someone who is so client friendly and focused, to get what’s required completed. Both my partner and I were very impressed by Adam. Thank you ever so much the quick turnaround. We would highly recommend Adam to others who require support in the future.

Adam was very helpful, prompt at responding to our questions and ready to explain them. He put us at ease with his advice. Happy with his service.Thanks.

Very efficient, expert service. Adam was very approachable and made things clear. Delighted we used Adam Joseph Chartered Surveyors for the party wall survey.

Adam and his team were great from initial consultation to final reports and any further queries I had. Communication was top throughout and was very efficient. By all accounts, my neighbour also very much appreciated Adam's professionalism and service. Would highly recommend him and the team to anyone looking for a quick and professional surveyor. Thanks again!

Adam wrote up a party wall agreement for us. He is so knowledgeable; he explained everything to us clearly and he was very thorough. His prices are reasonable and he wrote up the award for us in record time - couldn't be happier!

Really great service. Adam gave great advice and was really helpful.

Excellent and very rapid service from a helpful team who managed to quickly get us out of a jam having started works before the neighbour decided to ask for a party wall agreement. Adam is very knowledgeable and flexible according to the situation. Highly recommended.
